Guy Gorenstein joined Gem World in 2004, after his formation in cutting and polishing diamonds. He is specialised in diamond machinery from Belgium(WTOCD), diamond grading, rough diamonds and gemmology (HRD).After his father, Jehuda Gorenstein (founder of Gem World), passed away in 2010, Guy took over the company and became the new director.
Elinor Hassin is the rock behind Gem World. She’s the loving wife of Guy Gorenstein and mother of their three beautiful children. Since 2011 she has been helping out Guy with the administration of Gem World and in 2015 she graduated as accountant. At the moment she’s following an ITAA stage to become a certified accountant. Next to her several hobbies, she also has a passion for gemstones.
In 2021, Sarah Serapiglia joined the Gem World team as the new Sales Assistant. She is an enthusiastic young lady who is impatient to learn more about the beauty of gemstones.Sarah was hired to keep up with the raise of clients orders. With a good knowledge of Dutch, French and English she is the perfect addition to our team.
Gem World was founded in 1982 by Jehuda Gorenstein, and immediately established itself as a key authority in the in the trade of gemstones.
In 2004, after his formation in cutting and polishing diamonds, Guy Gorenstein joined Gem World.
Jehuda passed away and his son Guy Gorenstein took over the company.
In 2016, Maxime Ruelle joined the Gem World team.
